AUSTRALIAN NATIVE BEE HONEY (Tetragonula Hockingsi)

Our Australian Native Bee Honey is harvested and bottled locally! Each batch has a slightly different flavour profile, depending on where the bees are foraging for nectar. The raw honey can be traced back to each individual hive via the batch number. In the not too distant future, we will have our honey periodically tested at an independent university laboratory, to ensure it maintains a high standard in accordance with the guidelines set down by Food Standards Australia.

We infuse our honey with stingless bee propolis, which is produced by native bees from plant resins, and is valued for its potent medicinal properties. Rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and phenolic compounds, it exhibits strong antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral activity, helping to protect against infections, supporting immune function and reducing inflammation in the body.
